What public liability insurance do you have?

We have £10 million in public liability insurance, offered by a UK-based company that is regulated by the FSA.

Can you provide a generator?

We have generators available on request.

Are your staff trained?

We have fully-trained employees for all available items, and can provide medically-trained staff.

Do your staff have CRB checks?

Yes.

Can I set up the product?

No, our staff must set up every product.

Do your hire items come with supervision or staffing?

Some products require our trained staff to supervise. In other instances, supervision can be made available upon request.

Do you only operate in England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales?

While the bulk of our jobs are in England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales, we can provide hires throughout the world.

How do I pay for your services?

We can take payment through bank transfer, cheque, cash and all major credit cards.

How far in advance should I book?

We will endeavour to take bookings at all times, but more advanced warning is preferable.

Do I pay all at once?

Please pay a £100 deposit to secure your booking. We then require full payment 14 days before your event date.

Do you take payment online?

Yes.

Do you take card payment over the phone?

Unfortunately all card payments must be made online.

Can I book food?

We have food carts available for hire. These will come with the relevant food and / or drink.

Do you provide refunds in the case of severe or adverse weather?

Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for adverse weather. If you are booking outdoors, we would suggest considering alternative indoor venues in case of severe or adverse weather. However, in the event of cancellation, we will do all we can to help you on your next booking with us.

Do you work 24 hours?

Yes, we are available for work at any time of the day or night.

Are there any restrictions on hire lengths?

You are allowed to hire our products for as long as you can afford!

Do you have games for adults as well as children?

We have a wide variety of products available for adults as well as children.
